Repeat Buyers, having previously owned or currently own real estate, you already have a good idea of what is needed to complete a purchase.  Many of those steps and processes are likely the same, some no doubt have changed as Real Estate or case law change.  I will, of course, get you quickly up to speed.  My goal is to meet you where you are, determine your goals and make them my own.  I put myself in your shoes, seeking first to understand, then to be understood.  Once we are in lockstep, we can work as quickly as you want to accomplish your goals. 
Today the majority of properties are found by the buyer searching various websites, though I can and certainly still do help in finding the right home for my clients my role, however, has evolved over the years, and now is much more about making sure you are getting the very best deal possible and protecting your interest from a legal disclosure point of view.  I take great care when engaged in the discovery process, making sure you are as informed as possible about the condition and surroundings of the property to be purchased. 
Owning multiple properties and or trading up in a home can be a great way to build wealth, of course, “buying right” can make all the difference.  I work tirelessly to make sure my clients are fully informed and make high-quality decisions while accomplishing their goals.
