Born and raised in Southern California, Wayne Fisher graduated from California State University San Bernardino with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Economics.  His passion for Real Estate began at a young age working with his parents helping repair their rental properties.  Back then his father was a Realtor, and Wayne credits his father with helping to form the foundation of his understanding of Real Estate as a means to create wealth.  After graduation, he went on to work 10 years for 7-Eleven Inc., then the Southland Corporation, getting his start in business management climbing to the position of Regional Manager responsible for 100 retail store sites.  At the end of his time with 7-Eleven, Wayne worked in their Real Estate Department identifying locations for new store development.
During the early years of Wayne’s career, he purchased his first home at the age of 23 and then began a series of projects flipping houses and owning rentals. Later Wayne would join Core-Mark International and re-enter the corporate Future 500 world.  There he would lead teams of 150 plus people with 700 million dollars in sales, earning the honor of General Sales Manager of the year for 2015.  He was promoted to run the Los Angeles distribution center as Division President.  His passion for the entrepreneurial aspects of Real Estate grew too strong to keep at bay any longer and so he resigned from Core-Mark International to once again pursue his passion for Real Estate full time.
Wayne Fisher has held a Real Estate license for 12 years and has helped many people over that time achieve their Real Estate related goals.  He provides the detailed attention, excellent communication and skilled negotiation that is absolutely required given the complicated Real Estate buying and selling process.  Along his journey Wayne has flipped houses long before that became a popular subject for TV shows, he has handled HUD homes, REOs and traditional transactions.  He has worked with first time buyers and some of the most experienced investors alike.  He is currently a property owner himself several times over and follows his own advice when it comes to building wealth through strategic Real Estate acquisitions.
You can feel confident that you are in experienced, skilled hands when you count yourself among his many very happy clients.
